Hello Neighbor 2 is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
Players in Hello Neighbor 2 must gather four Map Fragments to unlock Act 3’s safe and obtain the Museum’s room key. Each component is obtained by solving a problem while hiding from Mr. Otto, the lake house’s security. Players must descend from the town’s television station, WCB4 TV, turn left, and then proceed straight through the STOP signs to get to the house. The following riddles must be solved in order to find the fragments:
The Chest Puzzle
In Hello Neighbor 2, the second floor has Mr. Otto’s pillow, which contains the chest’s key. To get it, you must cut through the pillow’s sewed fabric with scissors. If players don’t have scissors in their inventory, they can get a pair at the Taxidermist’s crafting station in the basement.
Next, look beneath the steps leading to the first floor in the basement for a chest. Players must use a Crowbar to remove two wooden boards in order to get to it. Players can find a Crowbar in a bookcase on the second floor if they didn’t keep one from earlier Acts.
Use the key to open the chest and take the map piece after removing the planks.
The Antlers Puzzle
Getting the next Map Fragment requires finding three magnetic letters (F, B, and C):
The letter F is affixed beneath the toilet cover in the restroom.
The letter B is located on the first floor, on the wall of what appears to be a room where all the skulls and heads of mummified animals are kept. Climb the first wooden plank to get there, then turn to face the wall and gaze to the right.
On top of a paint bucket, the letter C is placed at the roof’s highest point. Players must climb up the house’s exterior or use the window in the topmost storage room to get to the roof.
Players will be able to open the fridge and obtain the Stag’s Antler in Hello Neighbor 2 after collecting all the magnetic letters. Locate the Stag frame on the second floor, add the missing antler to it, and the bookshelf drawer will become visible. Obtain a piece of the map from it.
The Bear Puzzle
The following piece is in a bear’s jaws in the storage area on the first floor. Players must locate the missing Lever in order to turn on the bear’s mechanism. It is on a different bear statue in the basement. Nearly in the center of the basement is where the statue is positioned.
Return to the storage area after obtaining the lever in Hello Neighbor 2, locate the statue of the bear there, and then attach the lever to the bear. The player can grab the fragment after it opens its mouth by waiting.
The Microwave Puzzle
Players must activate the microwave, which is set to open after four mummified pig’s heads have been activated, in order to obtain the last map fragment. The following places are where you can find the heads, which are dispersed throughout the house:
Two heads can be located on the first floor; the first is directly next to the microwave, and the second is framed at the top of the storage room wall. It is all the way up, thus players must ascend multiple wooden boards to get there.
The mummified head is framed on the wall in front of the stairs on the second floor. Since it cannot be accessed from the ground, players must climb the wooden board to get there.
In the basement, players will find the fourth head lying in plain sight to the right, just before they get to the stairs.

The Grandfather Clock’s gear problem can be used to solve the code used to lock the safe. Quentin rewards you for opening the safe by giving you his camera, which takes you to another nightmare and ends Act 3.
