All Museum keys need to be gathered in Hello Neighbor 2 if players want to explore the Museum entirely and save Aaron.
The main character of Hello Neighbor 2 learns the Neighbor is relocating within the Museum and dragging his son inside with him after finishing the first Act. Sadly, the Museum is filled with closed doors that require unique keys to unlock.
In Hello Neighbor 2, there are a total of four keys needed to unlock all of the doors in the Museum: one for the main entrance and three for the second-floor rooms. Players receive unique keys for each Act that unlock particular areas of the Museum as a reward.
Where To Find All Museum Keys In Hello Neighbor 2
The Museum keys are found upon completing Acts 2, 3, and 4 in Hello Neighbor 2. The four keys are:
- Wing-Shaped Key
- Heart-Shaped Key
- Book-Shaped Key
- Gear-Shaped Key
Where To Find The Wing-Shaped Key In Hello Neighbor 2
The machine will open and show a Wing-Shaped Key once the player has collected every cash register button in the Bakery from Act 2. Here are the four register buttons that are missing:

Where To Find The Heart-Shaped Key In Hello Neighbor 2
Once you have the Wing-Shaped Key, proceed to the Museum, turn right, and go inside the small room with the map. To complete the problem, players must collect three dwellings. In the same room, the first house is on a higher shelf.
Then, using the Winged-Shaped Key, enter the main room, smash the glass to the right, and cut the spider web to obtain a house. Be careful since the Neighbor will be watching over the place within.
The third home can then be obtained by breaking another glass on the left side of the room.
Go back to the room with the maps, arrange the houses according to their colors, and then unlock the safe to reveal the key. Open the locked door inside the room with the key. Once inside, take these actions:
- Look left and use the scissors to cut the webs and take the lamp.
- Continue walking in the hallway to the large picture and place the lamp on the left side.
- Interact with the lamps on both sides of the picture to reveal a hidden room.
- Enter it and take the Heart-Shaped Key from the table.
- Return to the hallway and use the Crowbar to remove the plank from the door.
- Get to the second floor and walk to the other side, where a Heart-Shaped Lock can be found on one of the doors.
Act 2 can currently only be finished by interacting with the picture on the left side of the bed.
Where To Find The Book-Shaped Key In Hello Neighbor 2
The primary protagonist of Hello Neighbor 2 will make a visit to Mr. Otto’s lake cottage at the beginning of Act 3. Quentin can enter the house undetected, work out several puzzles, and gather every Map Fragment there. The location of the safe and its password are revealed by pinning them to the board (80164). There is a Book-Shaped Key in the safe.
Return to the Museum, go to the top floor, and use the key to unlock the door with a Book-Shaped Lock. There are numerous mysteries concerning either the safe in the remote area of the large earth globe within.
Where To Find The Gear-Shaped Key In Hello Neighbor 2
The Gear-Shaped Key in Hello Neighbor 2 is acquired after finishing Act 4, much like the previous keys. Quentin is tasked with gathering various trophy types inside the Mayor’s residence and setting them in their proper positions. By doing so, a steering wheel is unlocked, revealing a secret space where the Gear-Shaped Key is kept.
Return to the Museum as usual, then ascend to the top floor to unlock the Gear-Shaped Lock. Unlocking this room, which includes the answers to all the puzzles before the last chapter with the Neighbor, will tie up all the loose ends.
